Behavior Analyst (BCBA & BCaBA)

Behavior analysts provide mentorship and supervision of RBTs as well as ongoing training and support to caregivers to ensure their patients are reaching their maximum potential. Registered Behavior Technician

Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work one-on-one with patients, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to teach new skills to individuals with autism. RBTs receive extensive training and continuing guidance from our local clinical teams, as well as opportunities for career growth through our different RBT career tracks.
